Job Description:

AUFGABENSTELLUNG

  • Durchführung der periodischen Überprüfung (sicherheits-, kontur- und funktionsrelevante Prüfung)

  • Wiederherstellen der ggf. verbesserten Betriebsbereitschaft durch Instandsetzung und Modifikation

  • Instandsetzung von Fertigungsmitteln nach Beanstandung

  • Erstellung von Fertigungshilfsmitteln

  • Montage/Demontage von Baugruppen

  • Erstellen von Ersatzteilen

  • Umgang mit Lasertracker, optischen und mechanischen Messmitteln

  • Dokumentation von Prüf- und Messergebnissen

ANFORDERUNGEN

  • Fachspezifische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

  • Kenntnisse in der mechanischen Metall- und Kunststoffbearbeitung, Messtechnik, Montage von Baugruppen, Umgang mit konventionellen Werkzeugmaschinen

  • Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit

  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

  • Berechtigung zum Führen von Flurförderzeugen

  • Kenntnisse MS-Office Anwendungen

  • Kreativität und handwerkliches Geschick wünschenswert
